BalletIntroduction to the foundations of Beginning and Intermediate Ballet Technique. Elements of Pilates and Yoga may be used as a warm up, followed by a ballet Barre, center work, basic jumps and short combinations.Intermediate Ballet is a faster paced class for the dancer who has had previous Ballet experience. Beginning Ballet is suitable for those who want to work their technique or who have had no prior ballet experience.
