This class is great for arthritis of the foot and ankle, or joint problems or osteoporosis.

You will increase stamina, endurance and reduce fatigue…and also it’s fun! We promise you will leave this class smiling and sweating!

Please note this class requires grippy socks and prior reformer and Pilates experience.
