Relaxation and Meditation
Deep, conscious breathing and attention to the present moment are encouraged as students move through gently flowing as well as deep stretch postures. Poses are held longer to allow the body to relax into them. Soothing music, aromatherapy, gentle massage & assists, and use of props encourage relaxation. A guided meditation period of 10-15 minutes is incorporated into each class. Suitable for all levels.
