Ballet

Introduction to the foundations of Beginning and Intermediate Ballet Technique. Elements of Pilates and Yoga may be used as a warm up, followed by a ballet Barre, center work, basic jumps and short combinations. Monday's class is Intermediate Ballet, and Wednesday's class is for beginners with no prior ballet experience. More info
 

 

Booty Barre®

Starts late May 2013. An energetic and fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body! More info
 

 

Cardio Box

Cardio Box blasts you into shape! This class features a combination of interval training, cardio kickboxing, drills, shadowboxing, Pilates/core work, and toning to burn fat and gain muscle. More info
 

 

Co-Ed Yoga Stretch

A Yoga Fusion class friendly to men and women who are new to Yoga or those who have practicing regularly. This class aims to demystify yoga and help make it more accessible to all. Yoga Stretch blends Yoga and Pilates principles to increase flexibility, improve posture, emphasize breath, and improve overall well being. We use the foam roller, Therabands, and a variety of stretches borrowed from other disciples in addition to classic Yoga postures. More info

Jazz Dance

Pilates Core Mat & Props

Lengthen your entire body, improve your posture, and tone your core while following a classic & contemporary Pilates program. We use a variety of props such as the Magic Circle, Stability Ball, Foam Roller, and Ab Ball to maximize your Pilates experience. More info
 

 

Pilates Duets

Pilates sessions for 2 clients at a time. You will use specialized Pilates apparatus and equipment such as the Springboard, Reformer, & Cadillac for a personalized Pilates experience to help meet fitness goals. More info
 

 

Pilates Private Lessons

Personalized Pilates session using specialized Pilates apparatus and equipment, individually customized to the specific needs of the client. More info
 

 

Pilates Springboard

An invigorating full-body workout that uses wall Pilates equipment with spring attachments to challenge your core! This class expands on traditional Pilates exercise while using the springboard, which challenges the core, upper, and lower body with resistance and assistance. This class is limited to 4 clients, so please sign up in advance or contact the studio to confirm space availability prior to dropping in. More info
