About The Movement Factory

Welcome to The Movement Factory - a Pilates and Wedding Dance studio. My name is Alyssa and I am the owner and founder, and created this studio in 2011 to share my love of Pilates and dance with everyone! 
 
I offer virtual group Pilates classes and individualized private training for Pilates. I also specialize in customized wedding dance choreography and lessons.
 
I help individuals like you become stronger, healthier, and more kinesthetically connected. I also help couples look amazing at their wedding receptions! 
 
I provide skilled, high-quality instruction with proper certifications and years of experience to help you reclaim the potential of your body in a safe and effective manner. I have trained and taught thousands of people.
