Prenatal clients: In this workshop we will focus on gentle Pilates, Yoga, and toning exercises designed to strengthen and tone your body safely during each trimester. You can do these exercises safely at home to help strengthen the muscles during pregnancy. These exercises will help you with your pregnancy, labor and delivery and recovery! We will discuss exercises to avoid and why specific exercises are essential for your ever-changing baby body. Handouts will be provided with the exercises so you can continue on your own at home after the workshop! All trimesters welcome!
Postantal clients: GETTING STRONG AFTER YOUR BABY takes time! Calling all new moms! Let’s regain post-baby body confidence and strength together in a safe, fun and effective way. It’s easy to do too much too fast after you have a baby, and we often get a lot of pressure from society to bounce back right away. The problem is that we do need some time to heal, and can actually do more harm than good if we jump right back in! That’s why it’s important to have some guidance with what kind of exercises to do and how to do them. In this workshop we will focus on gentle Pilates, Yoga, and toning exercises that you can do safely at home that will help strengthen the muscles you lost during pregnancy and will help you with your recovery! Handouts will be provided with the exercises so you can continue on your own at home after the workshop! *
Please get clearance from your doctor to attend this course. Pregnant mamas or those who are within 6 weeks of delivery are also welcome to sit in and take notes to use at home without physically participating if needed! You are welcome to bring your child 0-2 years to this class!
