Private Prenatal/Postnatal Training

Excercise during and after pregnancy is extremely beneficial, but it's important to be safe and excellent to have guidance with an experienced trainer!

In your sessions we will focus on Pilates, yoga and/or bootybarre exercises for your beautifully changing pre & post-baby body, and learn how to safely strengthen the muscles that will help during labor, delivery, recovery & beyond.

Please consult with your OB/GYN before starting this exercise if you are pregnant or within 8 weeks post delivery.
